Must I order in full carton lots?

Yes. We have a list of distributors / retailers that sell individual items or you can purchase them on Amazon.

What are your shipping methods?

We calculate the least expensive shipping method for each order. For individual carton quantities, we use UPS or FedEx. We typically ship via US Postal Service to most international destinations.

What if one of my cases arrives in damaged condition?​

Contact us right away. Credits or replacements are only offered on items reported within 30 days of receipt of the order.

What is your injection molding process?​

We work with you to design the product to your specifications. We then build the mold to this design. We use this mold to produce your part. We inspect the parts to the most rigorous quality requirements and pack the highest quality products. Finally, we ship it from our centrally located facility to your customers and or retailers. Can I buy one of your display cases in a different size? (shorter, longer, etc.)​

​The answer for most customers is no. We’re injection molders, which means that a specific mold is required for each product. However, if your requirement is in the neighborhood of 50,000 units per year or more, we’d be glad to create a new mold for you.

When will you ship my order?​

Our goal is to ship all orders received before noon the same day. Orders shipped after noon will ship the following day.

What is injection molding?​

The process of injecting molten plastic into a mold to create a part.

Can Pioneer Plastics create a custom product from my design?​

Yes! We can accept your product at any stage of development. We’ll then run it through the remainder of the injection molding process. We can even design your product for you, if you’d like.
