might be cleared up.  Review the following common questions and answers.

Q.    Must I order in full carton lots?
A.    Yes.Q.    Can I buy one of your display cases a little taller, (shorter, longer, etc.)?
A.    The answer for most customers is no, unfortunately not. We are injection molders, which means that a specific mold is required for each product. However, if your requirement is in the neighborhood of 100,000 per year or more, we can make a new mold for you.Q.    How do you ship?
A.    We ship by the least expensive way for the customer and the order size.
For domestic shipping, we primarily ship Fed Ex as they are currently extending the lowest rate, but rest assured that we constantly monitor shipping rates because we want to keep your cost down.
To most international destinations, we usually ship via US Postal Service.

Q.    How long until you ship my order?
A.    Since we are the factory, most items are usually in stock.  We try to ship orders received by noon, the next business day.  Afternoon orders may ship on the second business day.

Q.    What if one of my cases arrives in damaged condition?
A.    Contact us right away.  Credits or replacements are only offered on items reported within 30 days of receipt of the order.
