Established in the early 1970s and under the current ownership since 1986, Pioneer is recognized as an experienced, capable, and "easy-to-work-with" company.  Our organizational structure is quite unique, with self-directed Teams focused on three distinct areas of customer requirements.  Those areas are;  Custom Molding, Service Molding, and Packaging (proprietary products).  We recognize that the needs of customers in each area are different, and each Team is focused on satisfying those special needs.

Pioneer's services extend to product and mold design, due to the presence of Collins Engineering, Inc.,  a comprehensive tool and die facility located on the premises.  Pioneer works hand-in-hand with Collins to assist customers in mold design, fabrication, and mold maintenance, at very competitive rates and fast turn-around lead times.
